These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Troviq platform, operated by TROVIQ (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("Troviq", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Troviq.
Troviq is open to students of any age, but registration asks for your date of birth and you must give it accurately.
If you are 18 or older, you contract with us directly. If you are under 18, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 does not allow us to process your data without verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian, so the registration form will ask for that guardian's full name and email address and for their explicit consent before the account is created. We email the guardian to confirm the consent has been recorded. A parent or legal guardian who did not give that consent may write to us and we will delete the account and the data held with it.
Where the student is under 18, the guardian accepts these Terms on the student's behalf and is responsible for the account, including any fees. Section 8 of our Privacy Policy explains how we handle a child's data.

We do not guarantee college credit, university acceptance, or employment outcomes. We recommend students verify internship acceptance requirements with their college before enrolling.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and certificate revocation.
All platform content including course materials, task descriptions, and the Troviq brand are owned by us and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission.
Work you submit as part of your track tasks remains your intellectual property. By submitting, you grant us a limited licence to review, store, and use your submissions for mentorship and platform improvement purposes.
Certificates are issued only upon genuine completion of all required tasks to the satisfaction of our mentor team. We reserve the right to revoke certificates if we discover they were obtained through fraudulent means. Revoked certificates will be marked invalid in our verification system.
Any fees applicable to specific programs will be clearly communicated before enrollment. We reserve the right to introduce or change fees with reasonable advance notice. Free access to certain features may be withdrawn at our discretion.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Troviq is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We make no representation that our certificates will be accepted by any specific college, employer, or institution.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Troviq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not affect the validity of certificates already issued.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
As required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, complaints may be addressed to:
A grievance raised through the contact form is given a reference number of the form TRV-C-XXXXXXXX straight away, shown on screen and repeated in the acknowledgement we email you — quote it in any follow-up. We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within one month. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to the National Consumer Helpline or the appropriate consumer forum, and for data protection complaints to the Data Protection Board of India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email for material changes. Continued use of Troviq after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Troviq is operated by TROVIQ (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, a One Person Company incorporated in India on 11 August 2026 and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
